Bert Pave and Maintenance Limited (BPML) is a Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) and a limited liability company. It is an establishment of the concession awarded by 
Road Development of Zambia for road constructions and maintenance. Specifically, with the view of currying out works on the Chingola-Mutanda via Solwezi Road Project.

As an SPV we are solely focused on Design, Finance, Build, Operate and Transfer (DFBOT EPC), Operations and Management.

To serve our clients, BERT Pave & Maintenance Zambia Limited, a BERT GROUP Construction subsidiary, works along side Women and Men of sober character as a creator of progress, to contribute to, and be responsible for tomorrow’s society.
