Job Purpose

The Operations and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and transportation. Ensuring products are procured, loaded, cleared and delivered efficiently and effectively while maintaining optimal security stock levels based on the business’ sales cycle. Ensure efficiency at loading ports and clearance at the border points. Provide administrative support to project teams, assisting in the organization and documentation of project-related activities of day-to-day operational activities.

Summary of Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and transportation
• Direct and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party logistics providers to negotiate contracts, ensure compliance, and optimize service levels and costs
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
